Customer service + prices on cheats will always be terrible because this site resells cheats made by others which is why you'll never get support or good prices, some of the cheats they are reselling are being sold at twice if not even triple the price of the original. I would never recommend buying anything from resellers such as PrivateCheatz unless you want to spend triple the money on cheats. Just do your research and buy the cheats from their original sellers because you're getting terribly ripped off otherwise.
