Do not pay any deposit or even use this company as you have to fight for the deposit back!! Disgraceful. No response to my emails and even though I have had notification that this policy has been cancelled I have took a day off work to try to get my money back due to the fact 9am - 5pm, just like myself, is the only way to actually speak to anyone. Twice today I have been promised a return call, one of which was supposed to be immediately after I put the phone down. It didn't happen. I have finally just two minutes ago, my third call (contacting them) that I will have my refund by the end of the week. We shall see!!! I will be writing another review if that doesn't happen.
