Hatte Montags im Shop einige Artikel bestellt, welche ich für ein Grillfest am Sonntag benötigte. Die Lieferung erfolgt bereits am Donnerstag, perfekt. Als ich am Samstag den bestellten Drehspieß montieren wollte, musste ich feststellen, dass mir bei der Bestellung ein Fehler unterlaufen ist.
Ich bin dann nach Köln gefahren und habe dort mein Missgeschick geschildert, der Umtausch erfolgt problemlos....:-)). Vielen Dank an das Verkaufsteam, ich komme gerne wieder.
