I mistakenly ordered small size waterproof gloves over 6m ago for motorcycle riding on rainy days. Never worn I put these in my tail bag. A few weeks ago I contacted Sealskinz and Krystal replied this is unusual but they would look at pictures. I sent pics and was informed they would accept them back and send me a full refund. I received shipping labels. I immediately bought the next larger size and am very pleased. Thank you again Krystal for help & support.
