So wie ich aufgewachsen bin, hat Essen immer eine eher vordergründige Rolle gespielt, aber nicht im Genuss sondern in der Masse. Mit Sheko reduziere ich meine Mahlzeiten und bin nicht mehr "gierig auf der Suche" nach Essbarem mit anschließendem schlechten Gewissen. Ich fühle ich mich so viel wohler durch den Tag zu kommen und kann eine gute Mahlzeit viel bewusster genießen.
