I have the older version of this torch and have to say that I am very disappointed by the new improved version. it is too flimsy and insubstantial and literally cannot stand up unless the torch is purely vertical. if the lamp part os cranked, it topples over unless the magnet is holding it to a piece of metal - but what if youre working on concrete or wood and there is no metal available. very poor design. also disappointing that it doesnt come with a charger block - i'm sure this is Ring value engineering but this now requires e to go and buy 2 new USB charging blocks for my garage so i can charge both overnight. all in all very disappointing and a major step backwards compared with the earlier version of this prouct which i also have 2 of
