Thank you for the parcel. DPD sent me an email on Tuesday morning to say the parcel would be delivered that day, then an hour later they sent me another text to say that they were unable to deliver due to circumstances at their end. I did get the parcel on Wednesday and am happy with the torch, I have had the same one for nearly 3 years and it eventually broke where you plug it in to charge, that is why I ordered one from you as Halfords didn.t sell them anymore. I did pay for next day delivery, but it was not your fault but the fault was with DPD.
