Product seems good - works, nice feature of storing away adaptors so don 't lose, long warranty. Instructions actually quite difficult to figure out given the functional simplicity of the product - green charge misleading, sequence of charge levels and presets. Logistically takes 5 days from order - not next day! Argos immediate but £5 more AND no ability to direct to local pick up point until well into DPD cycle after mins 2 days from order especially as promoted as being more environmentally friendly and preferred option. Buy again - yes but at Argos style outlet even at premium price
