The product I purchased looks good and well made. The delivery of the item was shocking. The item was placed inside a recycling bin, in its cardboard box, by the courier DPD. Generally I would expect logic and common sense to kick in, this being a bad place to leave something. Contacted Ring about this by email, but did not receive a reply or acknoledgement. Rating of 1 star given based on that experience and the lack of response.
