I was unhappy and critical of Smart Lighting's service when the wrong lights were delivered, but they quickly corrected this and despatched the right goods. They apologised for their warehouse mix-up and sent me a returns label for the lights I had not ordered. The speed and concern of their response was impressive and I would definitely recommend them to others.
