There are two problems.
First, when I ordered it last Tuesday, I offered an address workable on the campus. I bought this gift for my friend, expecting it to come on last Friday. However, I didn't get it, and when I asked about the reason, I was told that the address is insufficient. - It is sufficient for Amazon, and any online platforms I have tried, so I don't know how you took it as insufficient and postponed sending the gift. And if you thought it was insufficient, it would be better if you could write an email to me to ask, rather than keep the gift in your storeroom until I asked you what happened... that's very frustrating.
Second, the package is obviously wrong. I didn't know how to deal with it at first - unwrap it to check if it is the correct item or wait and send it to someone else. Although I got an answer finally, it did cause embarrassment and made me feel disappointed about the service you offer.
