Super impressive! I've just received my first order and I'm really pleased. The box and fact the shirt comes wrapped in tissue screams quality. Delivery time was quick and the fact card and the Haribo were a cool bonus. What I was blown away by was the e-mail I received within an hour of placing my order. During sign up there's a section for personal requests regarding future orders. I'd stuck one in on the off chance and didn't think much of it. When I got the confirmation of my order there was a personalised P.S. regarding my request and mentioning my upcoming shirt. Really REALLY impressed me.
