Honestly, I can’t fault them. Customer service is top notch (and easy to get through to if you need to, that’s a huge plus). I’d had some issues in the past but the newer sets really have more staying power and the designs are gorgeous (I personally love the delft designs and I’ve not found anywhere else that does them so well). Can’t recommend highly enough, try them, enjoy them, then try and enjoy some more, you won’t regret it.
