I ordered a phone headset by mistake (instead of a laptop enabled headset) which was entirely my fault. However I have message multiple times to Telrex in order to exchange the product and I have heard nothing in response. I have returned the product and I am hoping I will receive a response soon. If not I stand by this review.
Update: I have now received a response and a product exchange. So in the end its a good result but the initial response was still pretty poor.
