Excellent service, I ordered the Helicon jacket in the large size for skiing. After sleeping on it I decided I better go with the XL version. Contacted customer service the next morning and Kelsey in customer service agreed that the XL would work better for me and changed the order. I had the jacket the next day. Great fit can't wait for November to start skiing in this jacket.
