Firstly, I just want to say that Sam Lane was a totally legend. My emails were answered so promptly and my experience was made so positive by their great attitude. Even when my initial choice was not in stock and my lack of planning meant that I needed the items a lots sooner; Sam made sure that there was an alternative available and sent new proofs immediately. This was also done at a lower cost, which was a bonus.
