Unfortunately I ordered a wrist band which had a magnetic fastener and I was unable to use it. I rang The ID Company and was very kindly advised that although I couldnt ge the wrist band changed or altered they had another type of wristband and gave me a very good discount when I reordered. The products are well finished and look very elegent I would defintely reccomentd The ID Band company for any mofre of my needs. thank you to the kind polite stff who dealt with me
