I contacted TunePat the day the charge was made for the renewal of my 1 year subscription on 02/02/20/2022 and asked for and received a cancellation of the subscription. I was notified by email this cancellation was accepted. This was well before their stated 5 day cancellation period would have expired. The have refused to refund the payment. It's a shame; the software was good, the company is not. In effect they indicate that once they have your money it's gone. They feel free to ignore their own policies when it suits them. I would recommend avoiding this company. I have found a better software. One not limited to a single site for video downloading. It's called PlayOn.tv .
