I recently received excellent pine nuts (to use while making pesto), delectable finger limes (to use in so many dishes), and a Garject to use with the new season garlic. All terrific. The garject is terrific -- no need to peel the garlic or scrabble around with toothpicks to clean out the press. And it presses every last bit of crushed garlic out! a brilliant kitchen tool.
