Das Frieda-Team bei Vanderhus ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend -- wenn man dort jemanden erreicht. Das hat sich schwierig gestaltet. Wir hatten 4 Stühle bestellt (und gezahlt) und sehr lange nichts gehört. Einer der dann nach ca. 6 Wochen gelieferten Stühle kam schließlich mit einer gelösten Flechtung am Bein an - dafür gab es schnell und freundlich ein Angebot: neuer Stuhl oder Reparaturset. Das Reparaturset kam sehr prompt und hat funktioniert.
Die Stühle sind prima - hübsch und bequem. Also: Nach einiger Verzögerung sind wir sehr zufrieden.
