Der Sessel kam und hatte an einem Bein eine Wicklungsmacke. Angerufen beim Versender ergab, dass sofort ein neuer Sessel auf den Postweg gebracht wurde, ehe mein defekter Sessel zurück kam.
2Tage später schon kam der neue Sessel an, dere Defekte ging zurück.
Eine rundum zufriedenstellender Kundenedienst machte das möglich.
