I have previously had nothing but praise for this dental centre - I have been using it for decades and it has always been impeccable in every way.
On this occasion I couldn't help feeling that I was being criticised for not being good enough with my dental hygene which resulted in me going home feeling slightly unhappy.
I don't know - maybe criticism was justified but it didn't make me feel 100% happy, as I have always felt when I have attended this dental practice previously (and I haven't changed my dental hygene habits in the mean time!).
