Extremely poor attitude towards customers. Booking couldn't be fulfilled due to the site being closed due to the first national lockdown. I couldn't make the rearranged date so ask Gemma Heron if she could refund instead. Her reply was we cant do refunds and I should make a claim against my credit card. This is what I did. Today I received a letter from the owner and managing director, Philip Bleakley stating "Given the dishonest nature of your claim that services were not provided, you will no longer be welcome on site as single or parts of a group booking" The only people being dishonest are York Marina.
