Having trouble receiving a reply, I sent 2 people from our business to YTA on a 5 day plumbing course, the feedback from our people was very positive, however I have emailed the provider several times and had a reply, I don't wish to bad mouth anyone I would just like a reply from them which in turn has led to my 3 star rating
