First time purchaser from Zap clothing. I bought 2 £300+ Givenchy sweaters in 2 sizes as I was unsure of how the clothes would fit me. I kept the size that fit me best and returned the other. From purchase to the return process I can't find fault. The delivery was prompt even though I hadn't selected expedited delivery, and return process was a breeze. When they have something that appeals to me on their website in the future, I will have the confidence to buy from them again.
