“Despite the fact an incorrect part was sent at the begining, I had a wonderful experience with Luis Avalos, he took the problem and solved it, bringing the right battery out of his work period. Wonderful experience, congrats to him for his professionalism and ethics.”

“Installer was great. The battery was too tall so he came back the next day and put the correct one in. He was very professional and apologetic and even offered use of his car battery until he returned the next day!”

“I went through carbattery.com. not 1800battery. But they are all affiliated probably. Anyway. I thought it might be a scam. They do know how your battery is put in by difficulty. Contract roadside assistance companies near you, and hire them. We'll I didn't see good reviews about it. Did it anyway. I am glad I did. When I put in my request it was 5pm on a normal fay”

“My battery was delivered quickly. It was not the battery I originally selected as that one was out of stock. Sortly After I place the order they told me the the order battery was out of stock. I requested the change the order to the my first selection and I would pay the difference. They did not respond to my request. However the managed to get my battery quickly and the delivery guy was very helpful . He but the battery in my garage near where it needed to be installed. I'm handicapped and that would have be very difficult for me to do.”

“technican arrived and couldn't complete the battery replacement however he did come back next day later than anticoated however was professional .It would be easier to track status if they updated their app to make it easier to sign in via magic link for open orders”

“Was two hours late. Fianlly after my contact your firm I received tracking information etc. Came right in and starting to replace the battery. Told me that he needed to take this phone call, so I left the area. Did the job quickly and it was the battery as expected. I offered something to drink or food when he left he refused. Was very efficient. You could send him back anytime.”

“I was satisfied with the process and the installion. The price of the battery included the installation cost and was not broken down. The battery I purchased comes with a 3 year warranty. Hope that holds true. Installer was very nice. Delivery and installation was a little late, but i was notified of the delay.”

“The service was great, the technician came really fast brought the new battery and replaced. Very professional. The only thing was that the battery that they sent was not what I bought on the web site. Same characteristics, but not what they showed on the website and obviously not what I paid for.”
