“I give it a 4 star only because the company lags on communication. Tech rep that arrived was great. On time and professional. I understand that right now companies are having labor issues however once a service tech is assigned they should immediately contact the customer to create direct dialogue. It would make life a lot easier.”

“Very easy to set up appointments and the service was prompt and professional. My SUV has the battery under the passenger seat and it was no problem, well worth the price and didn't have to worry about disposal. Great being able to track the Tech on their way, so no waiting around wondering.”

“I purchased a battery online for 1800 battery and was able to schedule same day installment. The chat support was very helpful and responsive answering all of my questions. The technician Eldreek Whitaker arrived a few hours after I completed checkout. He was very helpful and professional. The battery was difficult to remove with it being secured in the trunk behind the panel, however Eldreek was patient and was able to get the job done. I had a great experience with 1800 battery and definitely recommend them.”

“Excellent service! They had the right battery for my car (guaranteed), they had a time reservation the same day, the tech came on time, knew what he was doing, removed the old battery and recycled it, installed the new battery and tested that the car ran and was done in twenty minutes All for a small premium over what auto parts store price was for the exact same Diehard Gold battery. I highly recommend this service.”

“My first battery died soon after I got it. The company charged me full price for the second battery and has yet to reverse it, even though it was covered under warranty. They also showed up five hours late.”

“Technician was on time and friendly. He competently installed the battery. However he was unable to register and code the battery properly within the cars ECU. I now have a warning light that comes on ever time I start the car. 1-800 battery advertised they have the register/coding capability that is required when replacing a BMW battery. I will now have to pay another $100-200 at the dealer buying a service I already paid 1-800 Battery to perform.”
