“Overall the experience was terrible. I had to buy a new battery again the next day because the battery that was installed was an aftermarket model they didn’t fit the casing. The installed battery was not properly installed. Screws were loose and even stripped. When I called in I was basically told I was out of luck and that I should dispute charges. I am fairly certain if my name was Bob Smith I wouldn’t have received this type of treatment.”

“Told them I had an alternator problem and needed a tow truck. Sent out a battery charger instead to no avail (predicted). The responder was very nice and understood the situation and apologized. The dispatcher didn't care. And the fee noted ($75) eventually became $81 due to "mileage". Not a good initial experience.”

“While not the least expensive option for battery replacement, it was extremely convenient. Within 3 hours of my call, a serviceman was in my garage changing my battery. The actual work was completed in 30 minutes with no mess and the desired result of a functioning automobile. I was extremely pleased with their service.”

“I had no option to select orientation of negative and positive poles. Unfortunately, battery provided was reverse. Installer had to rig to properly connect. Not happy with that. Should that be an additional question to ask the consumer or should it be something that is assumed when make and model is stated?”

“Poor customer service. Scammed me out of over $300 for a battery that was still under warranty. Spoke to the owner who said I was only supposed to be charged $25.00 service fee and I’d be refunded. My refund was promised in March it’s April and I still haven’t gotten my refund. Scam. Stay away from this place.”

“Amazing service. Arrived well within the time window and the service rep, Robert, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Explained each step he was taking including tips for future use to avoid battery issues. He did not leave until I had tested the vehicle multiple times. This service allowed me to resolve a long standing issue within the same day of booking. Pricing was fair and follow up was reliable. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.”

“Sorry couldn't find a .2 star so I hit 1 star. The installer installed a battery on my BMW that made it shut down completely, after I demanded he fix the problem the tech advised he was calling his support but actually called the police. The police told him he was an idot for wasting there time, apparently these techs have no supervisor or help after 5pm so they panic when they have an issue. My vehicle is now broken and BNW has no idea what has happened to my car, after calling the 800# and asking for a call back Chris and his company have refused to respond, but instead have now charged me $112 for there tech coming out breaking my car taking the battery he installed put and putting my battery back in. Despite putting my old battery back my vehicle still has major electrical problems and is currently not working, can't believe they charged me for not doing the only thing they advertise they do right.You guys are crooks and will have to be shut down to learn a lesson”
