“Disappointed in first appointment, was scheduled for 12-2pm and no one showed. No phone call or text. I had to call multiple times and was told the technician was on the way. Wasted a whole day waiting for nothing. Of course they made sure to remove the funds for the service immediately that morning. Never again.”

“This is the second battery I have purchased from your business...I love how easy it was to get a battery for my car in February on one of the coldest days in St. Louis. Then when my niece's car needed a battery, I was able to order one for her & have it delivered to her home in Florissant, Missouri. The young man, named Walter, said he would send the receipt to my email, and let me know when the battery was on its way to my niece's home. It was delivered very quickly! I would say within 2 hours!!! WOW! Wonderful....Thank you for this wonderful transaction, so very helpful when you are stuck at home to have your company take the time & worry out of getting your car back on the road, without having to get it towed to a dealer and wait in their business for them to put a battery in your car. I learned about your business from a friend and now I am telling all my friends how easy and how wonderful it is to order from you, while you sit in the comfort of your home to have the battery delivered to you! Great Business! Thank you.”

“Tech arrived after dark and had difficulty finding the tools to do the job. He seemed distracted and had difficulty removing old battery and installing new one. He did not connect the positive cable correctly and when driven to the deanship for service it was noted that this was draining the charge on the new battery.”

“Can't say enough about my experience. I have a vintage Mustang with a rebuilt engine - the battery was moved to the trunk when refurbished and was in a metal case. The tech that came to the house was extremely professional and patient while working on getting the battery out of the metal casing. Since we couldn't see what kind of battery was in connected to the car, the tech had to take a look at it then go and get a new battery. He was back in 15 minutes and was finished 10 minutes later. Easy process. Highly recommend”

“I am very pleased with1 800 battery, I called at 830 am with a dead battery and a new battery was delivered and installed by 10am. Their prices are almost identical to auto repair shops. I highly recommend.”
