“We are right in the middle of our busy season at work and I did not have time to address my wife's auto battery issue. I found 1-800-battery very easily online and was thoroughly impressed with the ease of purchase and the speed of their arrival. I would definitely use them again.”

“The tech arrived on time, early in the maintenance window. He was knowledgable about the service and very through. The only complaint is not on the tech but the company. You did not install th Diehard battery as advertised. An Exide battery was installed instead of a Diehard battery. This can be very confusing for less educated customers. You need to work on this.”

“Easy scheduling, tech showed up on time. He was super helpful and had me crank my car, which of course started right up. Then he offered to check both batteries (it’s a Benz). Said both were just fine. Then we had a discussion about how often I drive it and the recent high high heat that effects cranking power. Just had to pay for the service call. I could not be more satisfied, and won’t hesitate to use in the future.”

“I had a technical issue trying to order their installation service. The service was never ordered but my card was charged. When I reached out for help, they never retuned my call and never answered my live chats. So they charged my card and delivered nothing. Will be taking this up with my credit card's fraud department if the charge isn't reversed, I suppose.”
