“Had to get a new battery for my jeep. Went to so many places and they were like. Nah you need to go to a dealer. Dealer wanted $500 for labor and battery. I called 1800 batteries. They came out. Replaced it. Gave me a 3 year warranty and I can make payments on the battery. Super easy. Super reliable. And so professional and nice!! Will use again!!”

“They were on time and friendly. Batteries are a little pricey but they don't charge much of a mileage fee if live in a metro area. Worth the price if they come to you. Would use again.”

“I would give zero stars if I could. Scam company. Never showed up to my service appointment. Finally got a few spines from them next day saying my order was cancelled after charging my card. I will also report to the BBB”

“Pure scam. Do not use them. They are top search due to fake positive reviews. After they take your money, you don’t hear from them again. And when you call you are on hold for endless hours and never get anyone.”

“Once they took the payment in full to replace a battery, there was no communication or response to multiple inquiries. No one showed up at the appointed time and there were no texts to give the status at all. Tried texting--no response. Tried calling--on hold for one half hour early and forty minutes later. No customer service. Feels like a scam. Would not recommend this service at all. Failed on all counts. I have had to cancel the charge because of a complete lack of service.”

“Their response was way faster than I expected. The tech was here in 2 hours, took his time changing over the battery and putting everything back in their places. Excellent work ethic. Enjoyable to talk with. I never knew such a service existed. Using them eliminated all the problems of getting a 'dead' care to a repair facility, getting back home, and then going to pick the car up. We only have 1 car. If you need a new batter -- use these folks. It is quick and painless with no scheduling hassles. I am extremely happy with the tech and the results.”

“Not goo. When I booked the battery the ETA was 2 hours 2 minutes. It actually took about 7.5 hours for the battery to arrive. I called the 800 number and they guy who answered told me it was his job to cover for the installer who wasn't answering his phone.”
