“After a bit of a false start that customer service took care of right away, Dominique came out and replaced the batter in my VW Beetle. Super nice and professional and figured out what needed to be done. VW tends to make things a bit tricky. A+++”

“Technician arrived 3.5 hours after appointment window. Noticed they were sent out with the wrong battery and had to go to a local store to purchase the correct one while I waited. Returned with a lesser quality batter with significantly fewer CCAs than the one I had ordered, and then left me to deal with customer support to get a partial refund for a battery that will likely not hold up to the cold environment I live in. Very unhappy.”

“I was so happy that I posted a recommendation on my community Facebook page! Very helpful service. They picked up the battery and came to my condo to install, which took about 15 minutes. I did have to wait since they are closed on Sunday, but still A+ service!”
