I have canceled the appointment for replacement my car battery because I charge my battery and it perfect again. Why you still charge me for $365.48? My name is George. It is very wrong doing for the customers.

Where is my battery! You mentioned 3hrs it has been 6hrs. It's dark! Fraud marketing tactics! I want a refund.

I was incredibly frustrated by the lack of customer service. I was given a 1p ETA and the battery ended up coming about 24 hours after.

The company didn’t bother to notify me that the appointment that I’ve scheduled was canceled . Very poor customer service!

Literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered a battery at 8:30am and was given a 2 he estimate of arrival. At 1030 no one showed and so I chatted with their rep who told me there was a delay "because of rain"--okay, whatever. We live in Portland so it rains all the time and I guess that means they're always late. 3 hours later still not tech and no call or text so I reached out again: this time the excuse was theyre short staffed but promised they'd be there soon. Flash forward to 4:30 and it's getting dark, I've waited all day because they have my credit card # and assure me they're en route but their tech had car trouble. 8:30pm they tell me their tech is really unreliable and whoever told me to continue waiting shouldn't have done that. Wtf?? I cancelled the order. The next morning after I called AAA who promptly and professionally replaced my battery, I get several messages saying my tech is on the way with my battery. I'm at work, mind you, and these people cannot get it together. I finally lost it and told them to F off. Then, for the FIRST time since this fiasco began I get a response: "we're not responsible for your battery being dead. You could have used Lyft or Uber. Things escalate at this point and the final response I got was "a cancelled order means nothing to us". They are absolute garbage and their reps are garbage people. Save your time, your sanity, and your money. Call ANYONE else but them.

Not sure if this is a joke or not but I'm on day two of waiting on you guys to fix my battery situation. The guy came out put the battery in but lost a piece that secures it and took the bracket that locks the battery in place. Was on hold for an hour and told I would be contacted and am still waiting. One of the worst experiences I've ever had working with a company

Zero Stars should be an option. I scheduled an "appointment" with you today to have a new battery installed at 4 pm, I scheduled this appointment at 10:30 this morning. Calling an appointment is a joke, I didn't receive any communication until I spent 20 minutes waiting on hold an another 45 trying to chat online only to find out at 4:45 that the tech was "a couple hours out" and would call me when he was 30 minutes away. Its not 8 pm have received not call and your offices are closed and no one is responding to the chat even though you flash a message on the screen saying you'll be helped in 0-1 minute. I have to call again just to find out your offices are closed and good luck getting my battery changed in time for my appointments tomorrow. You call this a business practices? This is what pick and choose what business you decide to honor and the rest of us are screwed? I understand there's rain in Portland, welcome to the Pacific Northwest. If I schedule an appointment at 4 pm I deserve ATLEAST a phone call or notification if its not going to happen ESPECIALLY when it won't even happen the same day. This isn't a convenience, its at YOUR convenience. Thanks for literally making my day that much worse.

Horrible service. Installed wrong battery for car (2007 honda accord SE) and when I asked him if that was the right battery during installation he said yes even though it didn't look right. Repair guy was rude. And when I called customer service the manager said yeah it's known he is like that. A week later car wouldn't start and my state farm roadside service tech laughed at the small battery that they installed in my car. Said it maybe would work for a Honda fit not a Honda accord. Seeking replacement battery for correct one or refund asap please call me

Do not use this company for car battery. When I signed up and placed my order it said 129 minutes. Once I paid it said eta 9am the next day. Figured ok, it’s a holiday. Never received an update or any other communication. No one showed up and never heard a thing. Waited on chat for several minutes multiple times and never got a person to assist. Emailed the company. Never heard back. No calls or texts. Still trying to make certain they don’t charge us to money for a battery and service we never received. I think it’s a scam.

I called this company for my car battery to be replaced. they told me the estimated time was 2hrs. I waited 5hr. I called them for them to tell me they can’t get hold of their technicians. They wasted my whole day. They told me someone would be available the next day. I called them to verify the next day for them to just tell me they can’t get hold of the technicians. They wasted my precious two days. Don’t even try them

Charged my credit card then did not show up THREE times. Awful company. Likely scam!

No one charged your card. We authorize funds only. You were quite the impatient person on Xmas and canceled due to being rude. 100,000 installs later and we are a scam.... Christmas brings out the best in people.

When I placed my order online the system defaulted to the wrong engine size (car battery) which required me to call twice to get the right battery size to be brought. I scheduled my appointment for 830am the following day, and the technician arrived 3 hours late with no call from the company to let me know (I had to call and they told me tech would be there soon, but did not show up for 2 more hours). I had ordered a AC Delco battery, but tech showed up with the Exide brand battery instead.

Exide and AC Delco are made by the same manufacturers and depending on the location determine the distributors and the sticker placed on the same battery,

Nobody showed up, and I waited on hold for an hour before I gave up. Convinced this is a SCAM. Very frustrated.

Paid for battery and install for the next morning. No one has shown up and impossible to get anyone to talk to. I tried live chat but did not receive any answer to my question. When I clicked on "locations" it brought up a number of Valvoline locations. I called the one closest to me but they said they have never heard of 1-800 Battery and they do not install batteries for them. I'm wondering if this is a legit company.

Miserable experience. Called to have my battery replaced and was told a technician was dispatched and would be out in 2 hours. After verifying twice with the chat services during the two hour timeframe that the technician was on the way no one showed up. When I called, I was told that they wouldn’t be able to make it and that the technician was out of town for the weekend. They should’ve disclosed this up front

I am upset that the driver did not take the old battery with him as was described in the service. Instead, he left it in my parking lot - as I discovered when I returned to my car. This is NOT how you earn repeat customers or, win new business via word-of-mouth.

Zero stars. 10:00am appointment. 1:30pm arrival time. Was told at 10:45 (when I first contacted customer service) that they were “a couple appointments” behind. My second contact with customer service was at 12:45, at which point was told it would be another 45 minutes. I don’t blame the tech: I blame the appointment system. I also am amazed that there isn’t a mechanism to contact customers when technicians are running behind. If I hadn’t contacted customer service myself, I wouldn’t have known that there were “a lot of 10:00 appointments”. So thanks for eating half my day and making me miss my 1:00 appointment. (Which cost me a hundred bucks.)
