Sold me a battery that said in stock on the site. When i inquired was told it was being made and not shipped. Missed christmas as this was a gift. I ordered and recieved within 1 week from a Chinese comapny

The customer care person was very very rude. He abused me when asked about the pricing. He was so rude. I never recommend this site to any one. Worst service ever

after ordering they came to my house with the wrong battery. I gave them all the information on my car explained everything and they still got it wrong.

I’m just going to tell you what I went through. I called at 10:30am. A ”tech” arrived approximately 2:30pm. The “tech” was preoccupied on his phone almost the whole time making him use one hand to do his job. Went inside shaking my head at his lack of professionalism. 40 minutes later I went back out. He began to tell me he couldn’t get one bolt loose because he didn’t have proper tools And had to leave for another call. Called them and they said they would call me at 9:00am the following day to have a different tech do the job. After they didn’t call by 10:30, I got a ride to the auto parts store and picked up a battery and installed it myself in under 15 minutes. I should have done this in the first place since I know how, but my car was dead and I couldn’t get a ride to the store the day it died. For this reason, the convenience of having a “professional” come to me and install a new one in my driveway was great. I have never done anything like this before. I will admit that I had a bad feeling about this. Like it was too good to be true. After I was done and I STILL hadn’t received a call from them as promised, I called them to cancel the order. Never again!

I ordered a battery replacement. After waiting roughly 3 hours with my young son in the car in a parking lot, I was told that the battery replacement could not be done. Finally, the service provided a jump start. However, I was o my offered a minor discount off of the jump service after all that time. And to add insult to injury, my credit card has been charged the original almost $300 charge and I have to go through the long process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. The entire charge, including the jump, should be refunded......now. If not, I should write the review publicly.

This business is the worst place to do business with. They put the wrong battery in my car and keep telling me they will make it right and give me a credit but have not done so. They keep claiming they need to check with the tech even though I gave them pictures of the wrong battery. Find another place to do business with.

Installers brought a battery that would not fit in the trunk properly. Installers just jammed it in there and called it a day. I had to strap it down myself later, but it isn't properly installed.

The technician that came to fix my car is still texting me saying what’s up and came back after the job to “get a tool he forgot”. Honestly my experience was terrifying and I’ve tried to forget about it.

WAITED FOREVER JUST TO GET SERVICE CLOSE TO 5 HOURS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. DID NOT TELL THE TRUTH THAT THE TECH WAS NOT AVAILABLE, THEY WERE SHORT AND NOT NICE. BUT THE TECH WHO PUT MY BATTERY IN MY VECHICLE WAS FABULOUS.

You were informed since it was a Holiday weekend on a Sunday just after Xmas that there would be an extended delay. We were probably one of the few options on a Sunday there. I would recommend a bit more patience.

The website listed the incorrect battery for my vehicle. Then the company tried to charge me an additional $100 for the correct battery. When I refused to pay another price for their mistake, they refused to assist in anyway and charged me $96 for my car to be jumped. The customer service person hung up on me while we conversed and told me the mistake was my fault and that I did it on purpose, for some Odd reason. Every time I called the company no one answered and I was placed on hold for more then 15 minutes until I gave up. Only the hat function was usable. It was a terrible experience. This company takes advantage of people in situations our of their control and does not meet the expectations of even minimal customer service.

Fortunately they got your car working, when you ordered a battery it was for a Versa not a "Versa Note" a Versa Note is not the same thing. The Note takes a specialized chemistry and battery. Unfortunately, you were unhappy and we regret that. But there were ZERO errors from our company.

While Kelly in the Seattle office was most helpful, I was very disappointed there was no paper work provided to document the transaction. No invoice, no description of the product (request new, but don't know if it was a rebuilt), no warranty....no anything. Not a good way to run an operation. Causes doubt and suspicion. Don't know if the service person was reputable (non recognizable name of the service). I would not recommend the service to others given the concerns. I had to contact Jason to request some document. Could not provide a copy of the "warranty". The best was a separate statement that he made that there was a 3 year warranty, no terms, no description. He tried to sell me that it was on the battery or I could go to the manufacturer. I did not deal with the manufacturer, I dealt with YOU! BS. I have the feeling I will be hard pressed if not satisfied with the product. Who would take care of a potential problem? Looks like your "company" has significant work to do to build confidence in people, like me.

All invoices are set over via email. All warranty and returns are available in our frequently asked questions. We supplement the manufacturer warranty which may be regional with National Coverage. From our website: "Yes, all items are covered by their original manufacturers warranty. For many vehicle batteries we extend the warranty from 12-18 months up to three years, we will take back an unused return for 30 days no questions asked. For additional questions, please contact customer service at info@1800battery.com."

Also, due to Covid-19, not only are we paperless and contact-less payment, we cannot for insurance reasons be passing out paper.
