“Once I submitted my order I couldn't get online to check my order and could not get anyone to answer a call. I was beginning to think I got ripped off. Then someone texted me the next day apologizing for the delay and saying their technician was on vacation so even though their site says sometimes get a battery within a day, I had to wait almost a week. And the battery delivered was not the one I ordered on line. All in all they did deliver and install a battery so we are back up and running. It does appear the battery is about a year + old, not really happy about that as it probably shortens my warranty.”

“I had a dead battery at 6am that was replaced within 5 hours! I was continuously updated via text and email as to the progress of the repairs process. I will recommend 1-800 Battery to everyone I know. The only negative comment is that I was given a choice for a service window of 8am-10am and the repairs were completed beyond that time period. But I'm still happy with the overall experience>THANK YOU”

“I was able to schedule same day (only a few hours later) appointment for 1-800-Battery to come replace my dead car battery. The Tech checked to see if jumping the battery would be sufficient but also tested it after to see that it would not hold a charge. He was knowledgeable and completed the new battery install without issue (brought new battery with him). This service was a bit pricey but I so appreciated the service being done at my home as I could not drive the car anywhere to have the battery replaced... so worth it!”

“I needed a new car battery straight away. I called 1-800-Battery because you guaranteed that you would deliver the battery AND install the same. The cost of the battery was ~$100 more than I could buy from AutoZone or Advance Auto, but I was willing to pay for installation and quick service because I needed to get on the road. The battery was delivered, but the person responsible for installation never arrived. So, I installed the battery myself. I called you and you gave me a $99 refund, which is OK. However, I now have a dead battery in my garage that I don't know what to do with. I expected service from you. You 100% failed to deliver. I'll wait to hear from you, but will soon post a negative review of your service.”

“I am a single Mom and had a million things to do the weekend my teenager’s car battery died. I called around for help and finally thought to look online. These guys came out and took care of this without me having to change a thing about my schedule. They worked with me over the phone and everything was perfect. So, so Grateful. As for price it looked comparable to everything else I saw. Totally worth it for the peace of mind.”

“So grateful to find this service! The tech was wonderfully professional and efficient. Had to wait about 4 hours because of high demand in the heat, but that was no problem, and the company stayed in communication so we knew what to expect at all times. I highly recommend 1-800-Battery.com.”

“The technician was awesome, knowledgeable and courteous, The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the door dash , He picked up two car batteries had them placed side by side in his car and it took 15 minutes to make sure that I got the right battery. (Not to mention that presentation looked rough) I was under the impression and according to your advertisement that driver would come with battery and it was an un marked vehicle ?! He had Uber advertised in the front of vehicle…I was looking for 1-800 battery truck , I thought it was handled very poorly and very pricey , but I was very desperate- I will plan accordingly next time and will not refer , cuz this whole ordeal would creep out my friends.”
