“Friday afternoon, 5:00 PM and Tech was here by 6:00. His name was Brian Adams. He could have made me wait til the next day, but he cared enough to care of this 64 year old widow! That's rare now days. Customer for life:)”

“Called 800 number in the morning. Driver didn't show until 5. And he had to drive 60 miles to get here. But I did finally get my new battery installed. So much for local service.”

“Great experience!!.....on time delivery.......Maverick (installers name) fast and efficient!! saw some bad reviews.....again my, experience was great!!......same day delivery.......within 2 hours from time i ordered to my car installed and running .........can't ask for more then that!!”

“Called and scheduled for Monday 8-10 a.m. Teceived a text message Monday morning saying that the tech could not come until after 5. Called at 6 to see status. They had not heard from the tech, he wasn’t responding. They didn’t know when he would be available. I scrambled to make other arrangements, and advised that I wanted to cancel my order. At 9:30 received a call from the tech wanting to come a little later that night.”

“Overall great experience! Was able to get my battery replaced without leaving home about 4 hours after I realized it was dead. I was kind of sketched out and worried that this was going to be a scam, but first I was able to pay w affirm which let me split the payment over 3 months without any interest, which was a huge help. And then without having to do anything else, i got email updates and my tech showed up! He was super super nice and professional, got everything switched out within like 5 minutes. Highly recommend”

“The person that installed the battery was fantastic!! Communication with the company was not so great. My install was scheduled between 8-10AM. They did not show up until after 1pm. I called twice and was on hold for 45 minutes. Very disappointing.”

“I called, set up the appointment and waited. No one showed so I called to cancel. I said the person didn't come and no one texted or called to let me know they were going to be late. That's what was worse. A quick note like i am running 30 minutes late but noting.”
