“Sammy was great. On time, worked fast and pleasant. However, I ordered and paid for a Die Hard battery but got something else. Also, Sammy said I was supposed to get warranty emailed to me. Still waiting and waiting for that.”

“Horrible. Driver No Show and No update from I-1800-Battery. For a booked service I was charged before the service. No Service No Courtesy! Charged me for a High-priced Battery and Send a lower cost from your own website. Bait and switch. Now in Email Exchange where Customer Service expect me to accept this Bait and Switch Operation. Not Happy !”

“They showed up with a battery that is $60 cheaper than the one I ordered and when I contacted customer service they told me I should have read the small print in the FAQ section. Who does that? And they promised to call me back after I requested an escalation and if course no call. Total ripoff.”

“Easy process tech showed up within the promised window the job was completed in less than 30 minutes. He checked the system to insure there was not an issue with the alternator. One thing missing is they do not do a battery back up so you loose all computer memory settings you are told to contact a full service mechanic to fix any isssues.”

“Attempting to use 1800 Battery.com was the worst experience I have ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam with the worst customer service I have ever received. I would not recommend it to anyone.”

“I asked for ASAP and they said they would be here in 2 hours. It ended up taking 6 hours, but the person who came was very nice and courteous. At any rate, it was very helpful to have the battery replaced on the same day.”
