“The online ordering system was super simple, it indicated when they would be at our home within two hours 11 minutes. The tech arrived early. My vehicle has several size batteries and the one he had did not fit properly so he promptly drove back and obtained just the right battery for my car, no extra charge! He installed it with ease, no small chore with a Mercedes Benz, took the old core, and my car works like a charm. I will use 800 battery and highly recommend it for good prices and convenience.”

“The technician who came out to replace my battery was very professional. He did great. My negative experience was not his fault. However, the customer service department needs some work. I scheduled my installation that morning online for same-day that afternoon from 1-3pm. I contacted customer service at 130pm via chat to inquire when the tech will be there, and the agent said between 2-3pm. I then get a voicemail at 2:30pm stating the tech is out of town and needs to reschedule for tomorrow morning. Huh??? I had no choice but to accept, so I called back to reschedule and also complain, and the agent hung up on me. I should have been contacted much earlier in the day to be notified a tech was out of town. Terrible customer service. I could have just gone down to Auto-zone myself and bought a battery, and had them install it on sight in less time - and money. I paid your ridiculous overpriced fee for the convenience and speed - and your company did not deliver.”

“Placed an order on morning of 6/15/2022 for hours of 11-3. 11:06 the tech- Trever is on his way. Battery was replaced by 11:30. Great timing, and perfect option for busy schedule”

“My appointment was scheduled for Monday at 9 a.m. after I placed my order on Sunday evening & about 20 minutes later I received an email & text notifying me that my technician was on his way. Talk about fast, I was very thankful for this speedy service & my technician was nice and knowledgeable as well.”

“A young man, Pat, was terrific at his job! Before arriving he had to drive several towns over to acquire the battery I had chosen. He was prompt, showed confidence in what he was doing, was very polite, and saved me a bunch of heartaches. If the rest of your service personnel are near as competent as this young man, you guys must be a Godsend to many. mark h”

“First time user. No phone call at 1 hour and 50 minutes into my 2 hour service window. I called in, they were not able to reach their technician. waited another 50 minutes, I called in, still no word from the technician. waited 30 minutes and called in again. Just cancelled the service. Sum it up. Reliability is absent. They never called me to tell me they would be late, and when I pressed them to get the work done today, they will not guarantee that the battery will be installed today. My 2 hour window was 1100 to 1300. Waist of my time. Do not recommend them if you are expecting them to get the job done as scheduled or in a timely manner.”

“After two attempts and need inconveniencing a friend to drive me round trip to where my car was stranded, the THIRD attempt and waiting for over three hours between 8am-and after 11am, a tech finally arrived. Between all the appointments and cancellations, I spent over 12 HOURS on getting a battery replaced. A battery that cost significantly more than if I would have gone into a local battery store. I became so skeptical and suspicious about this company that I double checked this company on google to make sure I hadn’t been scammed. It was a very nerve racking experience.”

“I am only choosing one star because if there was zero i would have chosen that. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE. The tech came with the wrong battery and on top of that i was charged $112 for cancellation even though there was no job done whatsoever. I did not see at any point during my purchase a disclaimer that says there will be cancellation fees that is half the price of the battery itself or any cancellation fees at all for that matter. Ridiculous. DO not waste your time and money for a company as terrible as this.”

“Our battery died in a restaurant parking lot. Little did I know that you have to dismantle the vehicle to get the battery out of our Ford Escape. The windshield wipers (!) have to come out, asking other things. I went to the 1-800-Battery website and quickly made an appointment. The earliest they could come was going to be 1.5-2 hours, so we got a ride home. The tech got there before we could get back and very kindly waited for us. He knew exactly how to get the battery out and very quickly got us back in the road. Very quickly considering the amount of work required. Our technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our vehicle. Overall, in the same circumstances, I would call them again.”
