“This service was a lifesaver! We were out of town on vacation and had the battery die and it wasn't able to be jumpstarted. The easy website to request service was great. I was happy to have the text updates and ability to track the technician when enroute so we could get back to the hotel in time to meet him. This allowed us to enjoy our wait time exploring around the city until his arrival. The technician was very professional and courteous. Will definitely recommend.”

“Came a little late, I was concerned about rain. He got the job done and the rain did not come. Did a great job, cleaned up and left. Everything seems to be ok have not really had a chance to go very far and I have some personal settings that I have to take care of. Very professional answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied.”

“They never showed up but still charged me. WTF. What an awful company. I would never recommend or use this company. I asked them multiple times to refund my money but they never returned my 5 phone calls. I had no choose but to report them as fraud. What an awful company. Do Not USe Them!!”

“The service repair went smoothly. I was not impressed by the lack of responsiveness of the system. I originally had scheduled appointment through the system on Saturday and did not receive any followup that it had to be moved to Monday since the dispatch couldn't coordinate a tech. I had to call in repeatedly to customer service myself to find out (not once did they send advanced notice). So the repair job & tech were 5/5, but the dispatch and customer service throughput brought it down to 3/5.”

“cc was run prior to service which had zero contact prior to or during the 8-10 slot. NO one would pick up the phone on the ;customer service' number. tried to cancel credit card transaction. tech calls at 12:15, had no answers and tells me "I had a lot of 8-10 calls". Great concept-TERRIBLE EXECUTION”
