“They are awful! Such a waste of time! My battery and installer showed up 14 hours late, (the next day) when I was told they would be there within 2-3 hours. I tried multiple times to contact the company to check on the order and was not able to get thru to a human. I waited for a representative for over 90 min before hanging up, left a voicemail, tried to live chat, and texted the automated system with no luck. I have asked to speak to a supervisor several times thru the systems mentioned above and am still waiting for one to call me back. Great concept-terrible execution and customer service”

“The customer service rep on the phone was extremely helpful and the service technician was accommodating and did the job quickly! I had no idea this service was available before someone recommended it and I would use them again. My other choice was to have my car towed to a car service center and then pay to have the battery replaced. Battery.com was a much better option!”

“Was happy to find the mobile service capable company. The ordering process was easy. Quick response for receipt. Waited a bit to find out when the order was to arrive. Was on hold waiting for customer service when I got a text and the details were provided. Great to have it show where delivery / service rep was. Like that feature. Service guy was pleasant and did the work in quick time.”

“My battery died on a Saturday afternoon. I called AAA to have to wait 2 1/2 hours for assistance and when they showed up they didn't even have a replacement battery with them. I was then told they wouldn't have one until Monday when they reload the truck. I contacted 800-Battery and they arrived in 90 minutes with the battery. You get the service that you pay for...”
