“My battery wasn’t actually changed (photo proof) and I got stuck again with a dead battery. I’ve been in the chat on the website for four hours with nobody responding.”

“Technician was on time and friendly. He competently installed the battery. However he was unable to register and code the battery properly within the cars ECU. I now have a warning light that comes on ever time I start the car. 1-800 battery advertised they have the register/coding capability that is required when replacing a BMW battery. I will now have to pay another $100-200 at the dealer buying a service I already paid 1-800 Battery to perform.”

“Searched by zip code, these guys came up. Placed the order, set the time, and received a confirmation/order number. No one showed. contacted them ad was told they cancelled the order because they don't service this area. No notification sent, no one called to tell me the news, when I responded tot he chat that this was not customer service, they ended the session, no response, no apology.”

“The technician was excellent. The website - not so much. I put my make, model, and year in the website and ordered the battery. They arrived right on time to install it. However, it was the wrong battery. I had an 2018 Honda Accord HYBRID. The Hybrid did not show up on their website’s pick list, so I clicked Honda Accord. The batteries are different. The tech had to go back and get a different battery and come back. Again, he was excellent, but they need to update their website to include hybrids in the pick list.”

“Eddie Davis came to my house and was terrific. He even taught me how to do what he was doing so that I wouldn't need to call someone to come to my house next time. He told me all about the warranty and what to do if the battery dies. 10/10 would recommend. We need more people like Ed in this world!”

“My battery was dead and instead of getting a tow or a jump and getting to the dealer, I decided to give one 800 battery a try, and I am so happy I did! It was worth every penny. The technicians response was within the window I was given when I scheduled the ASAP service. Christopher B was super professional, polite and took care of my car in under 30 minutes! This was an excellent experience. Thank you so much for your great service!”
