“Once they took the payment in full to replace a battery, there was no communication or response to multiple inquiries. No one showed up at the appointed time and there were no texts to give the status at all. Tried texting--no response. Tried calling--on hold for one half hour early and forty minutes later. No customer service. Feels like a scam. Would not recommend this service at all. Failed on all counts. I have had to cancel the charge because of a complete lack of service.”

“Their response was way faster than I expected. The tech was here in 2 hours, took his time changing over the battery and putting everything back in their places. Excellent work ethic. Enjoyable to talk with. I never knew such a service existed. Using them eliminated all the problems of getting a 'dead' care to a repair facility, getting back home, and then going to pick the car up. We only have 1 car. If you need a new batter -- use these folks. It is quick and painless with no scheduling hassles. I am extremely happy with the tech and the results.”

“Not goo. When I booked the battery the ETA was 2 hours 2 minutes. It actually took about 7.5 hours for the battery to arrive. I called the 800 number and they guy who answered told me it was his job to cover for the installer who wasn't answering his phone.”

“Great experience - easy to make appt online - arrived quickly - kept me posted with text messages about arrival time of tech - installed battery and ran tests to see if alternator etc....were all fine - very knowledgeable and friendly tech person - overall I would recommend to anyone - also so convenient to have the battery replaced at my home.....”

“This was the best find ever!! Reasonably priced. Technician communicated to let me know he was on his way. Was able to track his route right to his arrival. He changed my battery in five minutes. Saved me time and I'm sure a lot of frustration. Worth every penny. Thank you 1-800-Battery.com.”

“i am very dissatisfied. and angry.i was in an urgent hurry. my battery was supposed to arive between the hours of 5 and 7 pm on saturday the 16th of july 2022. didnt show up until the next day about 3 pm. as a resuld my mother is very sick and could have been prevented if i would have had the battery to tansport her. so we waited with no call,text,nothing...i couldnt get anybody to help on customer service via text and call. and i left messages. no call back..... i have sent e-mails expressing this....no response........but the technician Ervin Herron was great”

“PLACED ORDER AT 1153 A.M. ONLINE AND WAS GIVEN A 2 HOUR 20 MINUTE WINDOW. MY CARD WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY. 3 HOURS GOES BY. CONTACTED THEM VIA CHAT FEATURE ONLINE. BEYOND RUDE, BY FAR ONE THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. WHEN I MENTIONED IT HAD BEEN 3 HOURS, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SAID OOPS WE SHOULD HAVE REACHED OUT EARLIER BECAUSE THE TECH IS NOT RESPONDING TO YOUR ORDER. I ASKED TO HAVE AN OWNER AND/OR MANAGER GET A HOLD OF ME AND THE RESPONSE WAS NO! DUE TO EVRYONE HAVING COVID. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED AND PROOF EMAILED TO ME. WAS TOLD THEY NEVER RAN THE CARD, BUT MY C.C COMPANY SAID IT WAS RUN. GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED. HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER COMPANY TO COME OUT, WHICH THEY DID FOR ALMOST $100 CHEAPER AND SUPER FRIENDLY. THE NEXT DAY, WHILE IM IN LINE AT THE GROCERY STORE, 1800 BATTERY CALLS AND TEXTS. I DECLINED THE CALLED AND RESPONDED TO THE TEXT, STATING THE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED 24 HRS PRIOR. GOT A VERY NASTY RESPONSE FROM THE TECH. DO NOT, FOR ANY REASON USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD, LIE ABOUT IT AND NOT SEND ANYONE OR SEND SOMEONE A DAY AFTER YOU NEEDED THEM. I MISSED AN APPOINTMENT WAITING ON THIS COMPANY. THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS.”
