“the man who brought out the battery was curtious and even helped with a panel hanging down in the carport that had to be removed to get the car out we had just arrived from Ohio and had a few things wrong. we appreciated his help”

“The guy who installed the battery was clueless as to how to install a battery in a BMW. He told my wife it was working but in fact, he just shoved it back into the garage and left. When my wife came out to use the car it would not start and the electronics were all f__ed up. I had to tow it to a BMW dealer and they are working on it now. Can't wait to get the bill....”

“Online ordering and installation by my technician, Faraz was great! It was the actual communication back from 1-800-Battery that was lacking, almost to the point I thought I had gone to a bad website. It was a good idea to print out the receipt, because they don’t email you one there was no confirmation, in regards to my appointment time and when I use the chat feature, it took 20 minutes for someone to get back to me. It was only then that a technician had actually received my information. Like I said, at the beginning, Faraz was amazing! Great customer service”

“Such and easy and fast process! Worry and hassle free! My battery died in my garage and wasn’t able to jump it to start. Placed order for battery and installation and the technician was than an hour and a half later. Amazing turn around time.”

“Well, the installation of my BMW battery wasn't performed correctly, leaving one wire disconnected and causing indicator lights on my dash to go off requiring me to contact alternative mechanics and get access to a specialized computer to reset it. Three calls to customer service and they promised to get back to me about a potential concession and never did. Very disappointing. I'd recommend you go elsewhere for your battery needs based on my experience. -jb”
