A battery upcharge was $50 but my card was charged $100. Customer service said I would get a credit but after waiting days and numerous phone calls no credit was issued.

My experience with 1-800 battery was very disappointing. I placed my order online on dec 23 at 11:20 am. I said I needed a battery ASAP. I was charged $414 on my visa and I was told my battery would arrive in 3 hours and 3 minutes. 4 hours later i had no battery and my car was stuck in the middle of the road. I tried to call 1-800 battery and i got a recording that kept me on hold for more than 30 minutes but no one came to the phone. I tried their chat online. They asked for my name and what was my question. I gave my name and asked about the status of my order, they responded: "someone will be with you shortly" .but 25 minutes later no one responded By 5 pm when my battery still had not arrived I had the car towed to an advanced auto parts. Later that night i received a call after dark saying " we are here with your battery. I told them they were too late. Now I received another email from 1800 battery stating that "Your total order is now $99. I do not know what that means I am still waiting to see if they are going to credit my visa for the full $414 . I have notified visa of this problem.

My battery basically lasted a year and it's been impossible to try to get a hold of someone.

I was completely satisfied with the person doing the service and the response of customer service when I called. When I ordered a battery I ordered a Die Hard Gold. What was installed was an Exide of no particular quality, so it felt like I didn’t get what was agreed upon and the value was not there. I would be happy to hear from the company about this switch

Wrong, lower-priced battery delivered and installed that what I ordered and paid for, which six days later was already a dead battery. NO responses from 1-800-Battery phone, email or chat, so left with a dead car and nearly $400 spent. What a ripoff. I should have called the Auto Club.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced impossible to get ahold of anyone and it took 3 days before they installed my battery. You have to call and wait on hold for minimum of 40 minutes live chat and messaging doesn’t work no one responds. I will never use them again

Still haven’t heard back from any voicemail, chat,’or email. Attempted to cancel order several times with no luck. Absolutely terrible. Do not use this service.

HORRIBLE. Order was placed yesterday. Email received with an ETA of 9 AM today. No updates, no calls. Called the call center waited an hr and a half and the call was never answered. Had chosen text option and received a text asking how they can assist and answered. And continued to text for a complete hour even while on hold. Nothing. I am disputing this charge with my CC company as I have called another that ANSWERED and were QUICK to respond. They are either closed or understaffed. If they are closed or have operational hours other than 24hrs, they need to announce that on their recorded line. The call center needs to prepare and staff for high volume call days such as winter storms, and other possible events that would drive higher calls. Which obviously they did not do. The texting software platform probably needs a FULL overhaul too.

I ordered an onsite battery replacement and then found a substantially cheaper ($150 less) option. I tried to cancel by chatting, texting, and calling and received NO RESPONSE. Nothing. Their customer service is atrocious and they are excessively overpriced. Don't bother.

Fraud. Ordered battery and received conformation. date comes and no further communications after multiple attempts with their chat (waited 10 hours no response) email no response facebook and twitter no responses, no communication what so ever of cancelation or communication of reschedule but have a tech show up during my sleeping hours without agreement or confirmation and get charged again another $100 for services that were never received love all the fake reviews on your pages though

Total rip off scam. Signed up for battery and install and paid. Install and delivery was said to be 2 hours and 2 minutes. Waited for 3 plus hours, and they were a no show. Nobody to call at the company to check with. Then got an email stating the order was complete. Ended up getting a battery and installing myself. No way to communicate with anybody or anyway to get money back. Will dispute with CC co.

They didn't show up now after two days but charged me for $350!!! Unable to get ahold of anyone on their phone after waiting over an our. NOW I have no battery, installation and have to go through the bank to report FRAUD and SCAM.

Service never confirmed the order, got crickets and no answer on their phone. Emailed the cancellation and then the next message was it was delivered and completed. Called again and no answer. This is a scam. Charged my card 354.00 and received nothing. AVOID at any and all costs!!!!!!!!

We ordered a battery on December 23 during a severe cold spell. Our order said the battery would be installed in 1 hour and 10 minutes. After waiting for several hours, we tried to contact the company and after waiting for roughly an hour, we were told it would be installed later in the day. It was not delivered later in the day and then were told it would be delivered between 10:00 and 11:00 the next day. It was delivered after 11:00 with a different battery than was shown but was installed by a very nice technician and very quickly.

Tech did not install new battery when I paid $400 for a new one to be installed. When I asked if he needed to register the battery with my cars computer (i have a 2008 bmw) he basically ran away. Now my car won’t start and is flashing the low battery signal. Meaning the battery installed is no good or the tech did not install it correctly. and nobody from customer service has gotten back to me over 3 days and counting. Would under no circumstances use this service again or recommend it. Website is extremely deceiving. Happy holidays.

They were to be here yesterday between 2 and 4. No show they called said they would be here at 8 AM TODAY. still no show. Can not contact them thru phone text nothing. Now I'm without car for Christmas. My battery is under warranty with them also. FURIOUS
