“This was the best service ever! I went on line at 11:30 am, there was sn appointment available at2pm-4pm...booked it. Had several update messages, technician arrived about 3, with the battery installed it and by 3:30 my new battery was installed...GREAT SERVICE!”

“My scheduled delivery was 10-12noon. The service tech arrived at 12:04! The guy was very nice and indicated that he came from Indiana. I could have ran errands in stead of waiting two hours looking at the window. It would be nice if you could have your staff call the client when they are approximately 20-30 minutes away so the clients can be more productive with their time! Thank you!”

“Our Technician arrived late, but we had been informed about that. No problem. Paul worked diligently and effectively, and completed his task in the time he quoted. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and we were so pleased with the outcome we gave him a couple of fresh baked Christmas cookies for the road! Thanks Paul! I recommend this company for your battery needs!!”

“Rubien was good and quick with the battery change...although he did not have one piece of equipment that he said without, when the battery was changed...I might loose any settings on the car.....”

“I bought a new battery beginning of Sept. It is having issues. I called yesterday afternoon and they didn't have anyone to come check it out. This morning I was told I was first on the list and when I called back they said they are looking for a technician - a different story. I am not pleased with the customer serive and timeliness of their responses.”

“Ryan found me, did a nice job of giving me a jump charge. My account reflects a $457.00 plus charge. This would have been for a new battery to which I did not need, did not purchase nor was it installed on my prius. Please reverse these charges, ty Kathy 1) My account was charged $120.00 the correct amount for his service as he told me when here.”

“I do not recommend them. I requested a battery change for my cayenne. They said they have to send a specialist. The guy was 3-4 hours late than the initial scheduled appointment. They claimed (through text) that this is because they had to wait for their specialist. Finally the guy arrives. He panicked not knowing where the battery was located in the car. He said he was not a specialist and he just got the call for this service. He made a phone call, someone else told him what to do, then my car’s alarm went off, he panicked and started behaving agitated. I tried to talk to him, but he was acting weird, like the way I have seen during my clinical rotations in psych department. So, I tried to avoid him and walked back inside, he was pacing back and forth cross the street (we have all this on security camera). Finally I got a hold of my own shop, and they told me what to do, so I asked this 1-800 battery guy to leave. Later, I called the customer service to get refunds or compensation for incomplete service, but they said they need to have a manager to do that. They claimed they never said they will send specialist, but we have this evidence on the text-chat from their number. Overall, I give them (negative) -20 stars! 1. Sending unprofessional people. 2. Not having a set staff or reliable people. 3. Using random shops to send out to women (this could be very dangerous specially if you are in the middle of nowhere). 4. No manager ever called back. They seem to not have one. 5. I tried to complain on BBB. The BBB said this company is not BBB accredited. So, I should not use them. Therefore, I recommend you to not use their services, and walk away while you can.”
