“Within 2 hrs of my initial call to have a battery replaced at my residency I received confirmation they would be out within 1-1/2 hrs. The Tech that came out was extremly polite and professional. My battery was replaced and they checked the charging system to ensure there were no other issues. This is a great service !!!!”

“I went through carbattery.com. not 1800battery. But they are all affiliated probably. Anyway. I thought it might be a scam. They do know how your battery is put in by difficulty. Contract roadside assistance companies near you, and hire them. We'll I didn't see good reviews about it. Did it anyway. I am glad I did. When I put in my request it was 5pm on a normal fay”

“Person who installed the battery was fast and efficient. Communication prior to his arrival was non existent. I ordered the battery around 3pm but didn't get it until 9am the following day. Hardly the three hours claimed on the webiste”

“On Sunday I schedule an ASAP appointment. It was booked for Monday at 8:38 am, however they came at 11:30 so i had to take the whole day off from work waiting for them to come. Not easy way to communicate with them about the status of my order and their website wasn't working properly to check in there. The guy who changed the battery (Paul) was very nice, fast and helpful. Overall good service”

“I ordered the battery at 1pm and it was installed by 4.30pm! The installer, Manny, was friendly and efficient and the battery was installed in less than 15 mins. Excellent service”

“I would have given him a 5 star review, but as I drove today, my truck’s electrical system shorted out and the truck stalled right in traffic. I could not restart it. It turns out he failed to tighten one of the terminal wires causing the problem. Needless to say, I was not happy!”
