I was very pleased with the technician that installed my battery. He arrived 3 hours before estimated arrival time and identified himself as the person who would be doing the installation. He was courteous yet professional. I had never heard of your service before as I had always had to wait until a neighbor or relative could do my previous situations when battery replacement was needed. I'm thankful that AAA was busy as I would have never found out about your mobile service. I will be using your service in the future when needed and have passed the info onto my other relatives in case they need battery service in the future.

I800battery was very good for me because I’m alone, my battery was dead, and aaa didn’t have nine in stock. Unfortunately I did have to wait through the weekend because their warehouse was closed. It was quite expensive and although they came after my window time they did do s good job and my car is running great.

I am a 1st time customer. I had to call twice just to make sure I would still receive service. The Tech didn't give me time to come outside and was blowing his horn like he was at a friend's house. He had no rags , lubricant or anything. Acted like he was in a hurry after I waited until 5:30pm to get services from a 9:00am call. Missed an entire day of work and was given a brand of battery that I am still waiting on the specs for because it is not a DieHard as I was told. I was disappointed with the service and no one communicated with me about any changes. Maybe I was expecting to much. Thanks for the experience!

Bigg Rob was great! He replaced my faulty battery in no time. I am still waiting for a refund of most of the service call from corporate. I am told it was $19 for the service call under warranty and the $125.** should be adjusted from 2 weeks ago. Hope to see it on my statement soon.

My technician Desmond, was super knowledgeable and kind. He had my battery swapped out in no time. He also let me know what to look for in the future since I had no idea that my cars sound effects and slow start was actually my warning sign that my battery was going.

1-800-Battery truly provided a terrific service for us. Back surgeries have significantly limited my activities so having someone come out with the proper battery and replace and haul away the dead battery, was exactly what we needed. The technician was friendly, thorough, and very quick. I would definitely use the company again and recommend them to anyone.

At 2pm there were no other appointments for a battery replacement for same day so I chose an appointment for the following day at 8am. The following morning, no showed up. No calls, no email updates. I had to reach out to customer service. By 11am they finally responded and said the earliest they could get someone out to my house was 5pm to replace the car battery. There shouldn’t be available appointments online at 8 am when there is no one available until 5pm.

I waited 2 hours then got on chat to see how much longer it would be. I then found out that they could not come out for 2 days!! When I asked for ASAP service I assumed it would be 3-4 hours not days! No one even reached out to let me know it could not be done today. Took my cc number as well. Wasted my only day off.

The last tech that came was very knowledgeable and did the job they way it should be done. But I question if the first battery I received was used because it died in 3 months.

The person who visited was rude and swore constantly. Followed some youtube vid to figure out where the battery to be replaced was located in the car. The youtube was incorrect but following that he ripped most of the stuff in the back. Finally found the battery. Asked me to start replacing the things he ripped. When I did not do that, he replaced the panels incorrectly, swearing constantly and using foul language. The car was in the garage and my kids were at home. What a horrible experience!! Will not recommend 800-Battery till they better vet who their contractors are.
