“Your technician was excellent. However you failed to keep me up to date on the status of the order. When I placed my audience I was told it would be less then 3hrs it took almost 9hrs for the tech to arrive. It took the tech 5min to do the job.”

“Friday afternoon, 5:00 PM and Tech was here by 6:00. His name was Brian Adams. He could have made me wait til the next day, but he cared enough to care of this 64 year old widow! That's rare now days. Customer for life:)”

“Great experience!!.....on time delivery.......Maverick (installers name) fast and efficient!! saw some bad reviews.....again my, experience was great!!......same day delivery.......within 2 hours from time i ordered to my car installed and running .........can't ask for more then that!!”

“Called and scheduled for Monday 8-10 a.m. Teceived a text message Monday morning saying that the tech could not come until after 5. Called at 6 to see status. They had not heard from the tech, he wasn’t responding. They didn’t know when he would be available. I scrambled to make other arrangements, and advised that I wanted to cancel my order. At 9:30 received a call from the tech wanting to come a little later that night.”
