This is an joke.. NO WORK FOR TECHNICIANS... everything takes too long.. I been with an few llc company and they much much faster than yall...THIS COMPANY IS AN WASTE OF TIME!!

The whole process was quick and very easy. I was able to get my battery changed while I was at work all by 11 in the morning. My technician was quick and very polite. I will definitely recommend and use again.

Called on a Saturday, and within a couple of hrs. my old battery had been replaced. Everyone I dealt with, from the sales representative to the installer,were highly professional and courteous.I highly recommend 1-800 battery. Steve S.

Our experience was wonderful! We went out to the car on our way to a doctor's appt. and found the battery dead. We called for rides, but all had to have apps installed. We called 2 other services for battery installation that required us to tow the car to their location. Then we found YOU! The tech called us with the time he could arrive! He came on time, was super nice, and we were all set to do errands at 12:30!

This is a great service in that I was able to get my battery replaced within a matter of hours right outside my home. However, the technician that was dispatched did not test my battery and didn't seem to know what I was talking about when I asked him about it. He responded that he was only told to replace the battery. He also had no clue what I was talking about when I asked him about a process that I was told would be done so that my car wouldn't give me a thousand error messages until I could have the battery programmed later. He popped the old one out, installed the new one and said goodbye in a matter of minutes. I can say that he was efficient. Car is running. I'll just never know if I actually needed my battery replaced.

They can’t get their days that they are open correct. I made an appointment for Sept. 4, Labor Day online. After paying and receiving a confirmation that I had scheduled an appointment, I then received an email saying the warehouse was closed. I tried contacting customer service through a phone call, chat, text message and a voicemail. My appointment time came and went. In ALL of the ways to communicate that you would be closed, it was not done. After calling again on Tuesday, I finally got ahold of a live agent, and I requested an appointment for 3 PM that day, because I was at work and my car’s dead battery was sitting in my driveway and I needed to get home at a specific time. Imagine my surprise when I received a call at 1 :20 PM that a technician was at my house. I spoke with him and explained the situation, and gave him the code to the keyless entry. He assured me that I did not need to be there and that he would send pictures through the app. I went to check back later and I saw a message that the service was not completed. So I then had to call yet again, and where I learned that it was because HE DIDN’T HAVE A BATTERY. At this point , I had to leave work to get home at rush hour, so that I could head back to work at rush hour. I scheduled my work and paid for extra childcare because I thought that I would have this done on Monday and would be able to stay on Tuesday. If I had known that, I would have not spent the extra money and done things differently. The biggest being that I would have not used this service. I hope that I see a partial refund hit my checking account, but given the lack of customer service and attention to basic open hours I have experienced I don’t think that it will be forth coming.

The service technician was wonderful (Doc Brown’s) he arrived on time and assessed my battery situation. He determined I didn’t need a new battery, since it was only 1 yr old but just a jump, which he did and I’ve not had any trouble since then. The problem came when he submitted his claim as only a jump start for $100. I had already prepaid via my credit card for a new battery $311 and he told me that I would need to follow up with the company to make sure I got my $211 credit. I have contacted the company several times but still have not received my credit 3 weeks later. Unfortunately I’m having to get my lawyer involved to try and rectify the problem.
