“Terrible service!! Rate is ZERO!!! First, the installer came on a later date than promised, came not announced, I was not home and when I called back, they had already left. The worst is that they charged me for a battery that was not delivered or installed. I will never use this service again.”

“I had zero issues getting my battery replaced. The tech was quick to arrive, the battery, given the vehicle took some time, but this is in no way reflective of the service, just my car took longer. The full process from end-to-end took two hours on a Saturday. I cannot complain one bit, saved me half the price from the dealership and the car is up and running with zero issues. Would refer/use again, if needed.”

“Was promised Diehard Gold ($236 @ Advanced Auto Parts) but installed Exide Sprinter Max ($149 @ Home Depot). No adjustment in price. Otherwise service was good.”

“I made an appointment the night my battery went dead. It was from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. the next morning. No one showed up until much later and because of this, I had to cancel a doctor's appointment. I called customer service to find out when my battery was being delivered. I sensed they had not put my order out to be installed. I received a message they would be here within 15 minutes. Still no show. I texted that if someone was not here by 3:00 pm I would cancel my order and payment. About 15 minutes later I received a phone call from the person who was to replace my battery. It took him 25-30 minutes and my car was running again. I would not recommend using this company to anyone, plus it was very expensive. My BAD!”

“I was just charged $336 for service..No technician showed up but yet my card was charged..When I check status of my order it said complete..How can that be when I didn't receive any service...I have receipt of everything.”

“This is the 3rd time in two years I have replaced the battery. 1.800 battery guarantee were supposed to work but it´s not. I have called more than 10 times and sent more than 5 emails and no one was able to help me. Great words no action.”

“The service was great, the service technician was great, the battery I received is great. BUT, I bought and paid for a Diehard battery, and I received an AC Delco battery, which should have been about $40 or so cheaper when I priced the batteries online. When I asked the technician about it (who, again, was fantastic) he said that he just picks up what they ordered for him. When I filled out an online contact form from your website, complete with photos of my order and the installed battery, I received no response. I feel badly because the service was really great, but I feel like I had a bait and switch.”
