They did not deliver the battery that I selected which is higher quality. They gave me 2 options either I accept the product with a little discount or I refuse with a $100 fees for their deplacement. it's been more than 2weeks I accept the discount which they never credit me.

The Battery price was very good. But the Tech who came to my home did not have the proper Tools to install the Battery. So he left my home with the battery was not installed they need to make sure the tech knows how to install a battery that he is suppose to do waste of my time and Engery poor experience

I got a confirmation of my payment and scheduled install and that’s the last I heard from them. They just never came. No emails. Nothing. Waited 45 minutes on phone guy finally told me battery is on its way. Never came. Chat does not respond. Text does not respond. This company is a complete scam. Don’t waste you time and money. Listen to all the bad reviews like I should have.

I called and they came and installed new battery. The guy had to jump it to get the car to start. He said just drive it around for a while and it will be fine. It started twice then it needed jumped. We took it to our local service center and he checked everything else since it was a new battery. Finally he took out Battery and put one of his in and it worked fine. He said it was a bad battery. So I called 1800 Battery and explained and they said since he took it out it voided the warranty. I said he had to, to see if it was the battery. They didn't care. I told them I could give them back their battery and they could check that it was bad. Very unhelpful. So I spent almost 300.00 for a bad battery. I would not recommend.

Do not become a victim like I did. I was willing to go with this company because they advertised they have a die hard battery replacement for $355. For the price, since they come to you, I felt OK with. But, when my car stalled a little when I started it, I checked it and saw they gave me another brand of battery and not the one advertised. Customer Service stated they can give any brand as long as it's compatible. The brand they gave me costs $109...I could have bought that myself and paid someone way less to install. Smh, they take advantage of their customers and that's very unethical and unprofessional.

When I told the customer service person that I needed a battery for my car he told me they don’t install the batteries and he suggested I go somewhere else. He directed me to a close by Pep Boys which turned out to be closed. I am 74 years old and do need help with servicing my car. You should reconsider your company service policy.

After two weeks battery is not working! So maybe connected it wrong. Would be great if you could reach out and come to fix it.

I purchased on line a Die Hard battery to be installed, when they came I was given an Exide battery and was told thats all they had. Since I needed a battery I had no real choice but to except it. Installer was efficient and nice enough.

Im giving a 1 star review as I wish I could give a 0 star review, the customer service rep on the call informed me that the technician would may not be able to make it to my place on my initial scheduled day and if I could wait to schedule for the next day it would be "GUARANTEED" that the technician would make it to my place at 9am my time. This DID NOT happen and I am mainly upset about the fact I was lied to and paid over 300 for my batter and service tech and no one came to my place as the time I scheduled for. The vehicle is my means to move around and get to my place of work and this miscommunication from the customer service rep was not professional and careless, ... if they were NOT sure a technician could not make it to my place at a "Guaranteed" time, they should have just been honest instead of guessing and lying about it.

I was charged $293.99 for a DieHard Silver battery. The man who installed it brought a battery that wouldnt even fit first then brought a $180 Valuecraft battery. He told me what he paid for it. When I said I wanted the battery I ordered. He said they’re all the same and had no way to contact the company. Chat was shut down without responding to my complaint.

Awful - do not use this company!!! They brought me the wrong battery and are now trying to charge me $99 for their screw up!! Great concept but very poor execution. In the future, just got to a local shop. This company is not worth the convenience. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau etc. and seeing if a class action lawsuit is suitable.

Deceptive practice. My order showed a DieHard battery with UPC code - they installed a FVP brand that I never heard of before. Had I not noticed the difference in the color of the top of the battery and questioned them - I would have never known.

I'm sure the battery I received is fine; however, the service was not. All BMWs manufactured since 2002 require registering a new battery with the engine's control module (DME) to prevent the DME from overcharging the new battery (which doesn't require as much charging as an older one). 1-800-Battery techs do not have the equipment to do this even though they clearly advertise full and complete BMW battery installations with no warning that they do not complete this step. So, after paying them to install the batter, I then had to go to the dealer and PAY MORE to have them reprogram the car. 1-800-Battery acknowledged that they didn't complete the instllation and that they provided no warning that this would not happen and, so far, has refused to offer a partial refund.

Original ETA was 9 AM Sunday. No show! I was on hold with customer service for nearly 2 hours and hung up. Additionally, I texted got a reply “ should arrive at your location in 30 to 45 minutes” ; 6 hours later I sent a message via text stating to cancel my order. I even to make other arrangements. I quickly got a phone call telling me that I could not cancel or I’ll be charged $100. I got charged $126 for your company’s poor service.

I get that I am not super close to a major metropolitan area, however if you are going to accept my order the very least you can do is keep me updated and let me know that you are unable to locate a technician to assist me and don't leave me hanging for 3 hours before I call and you let me know the bad news. Thankfully Uber and Autozone Order Online took care of me just fine (and I saved $150 to boot). So, I guess thanks for cancelling my order when I called to see how long it might actually be to get my battery replaced. Your 3.5 hour estimate took me about 60 minutes start to finish to do myself.

Did not install the brand of battery I paid for. Installed a cheaper battery at the higher price. Do not trust this company.
