Scheduled an appointment, no one showed up, no one called. I'm out $300 until it refunds and I can't go get a new battery since I have to wait on that money. I drive for work and this is not ok.

1 star is as low as they will let me go. I would give negative 5 stars. They said they would be here in 3 hours. after 3.5 hours they texted and said it would be 3 more hours. Then I found out they don't even have the equipment to install a battery in a BMW.

If I could give a 0 review I would. I was originally scheduled for between 10:00am and 12:00pm I called at 12:30 and was told the technician would be there in 45 mins. I wasted 2 more hours and called again they said they had to find a new technician come out, I was then told 2 hours after that they had to cancel my order and give me a refund bc they couldn’t get the battery. The communication was awful, there was no service and completely unprofessional.

I set an appointment for the 8am-10am window and took the morning off of work. As of 11am, no communication, no show, so I called. Incredibly nice CSR said the tech was 5 minutes away from picking up the battery and then I would be able to track. By 1:45, no communication, no show, so I called again. Another incredibly nice tech said he would check and call me back. Tech evidently bailed on them, dispatcher said there was nothing they could do other than send someone tomorrow morning but they couldn't be here until 9:30 because they lived some distance away. So, no battery, lost a day of work- and I'm not inclined to gamble on someone showing up tomorrow. Aside from courteous CSRs, couldn't have been a more disappointing experience, and I still don't have a battery. I won't do this again.

Lack of communication. Called for service around 2:15pm, was told a wait time of 2 hrs 2 min. If not for me calling, texting and chatting on webpage to find out where the technician was, no one would've called me to let me know your service was running very late. I was given several excuses that seemed like lies - the tech was out bc of covid, the tech forgot a tool he needed and had to turn around to pick up, I was told carlos was the tech, then informed it was someone else...basically I was given the run around. Finally got battery changed out around 6:30ish. I probably wouldn't be as disappointed if there had been truthful communication on 1800battery's side - but the lack of communication is what really upset me more so than the later time quoted.

Technician was unable to remove old battery after an hour of trying. My vehicle was inoperable afterwards and had to be towed. Once at the repair shop, I was in and out within an hour. 1-800-Battery still charged me $99 and I got nothing out of it. Beware.

Terrible service! Never received my refund made several attempts to inquire my refund. Came out to replace my battery, and it wasn't the battery. The onsite service techs couldn't remove and directed me to call customer service. My vehicle was towed to a local car dealership. They ended up going to the dealership to retrieve the battery and did not put my old battery in, and never received my refund! Definition if a crook if you ask me:(

The guy who showed up was nice, and did test my battery, but didn't do anything else. I paid over $275 for someone to come out check the voltage of the battery, tell me that's not the problem, and leave all while my car still doesn't start. He didn't even leave me the battery so that I could change it my damn self.

The time slot I requested (and approved) was 1 pm - 3 PM. Arrival time was 4:45. I received no receipt, no card, no information about the battery installed (as in estimated life span). I did choose one on line, but there was not a plethora of information on line either. The only way I knew anyone was there was a car that started. That was good. Everything else was sketch. I don't have any proof he even installed the correct battery.

I did not receive a service at all! But I’ve been charged 361.80$ from my credit card! I already called my bank and told them about this FRAUD! Person that talked to me on the phone from costumer service, I believe, is a complete liar! No one showed at my apartment complex, no one came to my apartment to take keys from car that was parked on garage! I did not receive any service that was promised! You waisted my time and money! Also zero calls were received on my phone while they were supposed to work on my car! No one was trying to reach me!Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had in my life so far. People in this service are SCAMS and THIEVES!

1 Day delay. No update. Had to call the technician by myself to get updates. Even 1800-battery was not able to contact the technician on their side. Only 1 person for all Kansas area and he decides his own priority. The technician promised to come 3 times and always delayed further. On the phone, he was arguing that it was not his problem if he has other clients. Guess there are other service providers. No discounts despite this issue. Next time I will rather ask a friend for a jump start and go to local stores/garages.

I was very unhappy with my experience with 1-800-Battery. They initially estimated someone would arrive in about an hour. It ended up being 5 1/2 hours, and they never bothered to reach out to me to tell me they would be delayed. I understand they were short-handed, but a little communication would have gone a long way. When the technician finally did arrive, he didn't have all the tools he needed and then, it turned out he had brought the wrong battery. Next time I need a new car battery, I'll take my car to a shop. One out of five stars.

1. You were 3 hours late. 2. Tried to up charge me on the type of battery I required, 3. Did not give me a core discount. 4. Took the core. I think your service sucks and next time I am stranded like this I will call a mobile mechanic and not get charged like this. I would not recommend your services to anyone.
