“The technician was good and quick. However he arrived two and half hours after appointment time. Things happens, but no one notified of the late arrival. I emailed and the second phone call succeeded in getting a person who said he was 35 minutes away. Communication is important in business satisfaction.”

“Do not use this company. They currently owe me two refunds and have stopped responding to my messages. Every battery I’ve received from them has lasted less than two years! Spend your money elsewhere!”

“My experience with 1-800 Battery was beyond my expectations. I, sincerely, could not be more satisfied with the professionalism of every person I spoke with. Their phone service was friendly and their technician was stellar. All in all, friendly people replaced my battery the same day for a reasonable cost. What more could you want?”

“I called at 11am, was told it would take 2-3 hours they were a like busy. So after 4 hours I started calling.back. Was told it was coming. I called at least 6 after 3pm. So at 7 I asked for a refund, was told he was 2 hours away from me and I was next. Driver arrived at 9:15 that night.”

“I was satisfied with the process and the installion. The price of the battery included the installation cost and was not broken down. The battery I purchased comes with a 3 year warranty. Hope that holds true. Installer was very nice. Delivery and installation was a little late, but i was notified of the delay.”

“My car was dead and I needed a battery. I called around for places to see if they would come out and put a battery in for me and no one could do that. So I got online and looked around and there was a number for one 800 battery, so I called them. They were out so quickly with a new battery, installed it and everything was finished within two hours. This company is amazing and I want to thank them so much.”
